At Towns Canada, every product is made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners with facilities in both Canada and the U.S.. This allows us to offer quality products, produced close to our customers whenever possible.
Fulfillment Time
All items are made-to-order and generally ship within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary slightly depending on the item, season, or demand.

We partner with fulfillment facilities in Toronto and select U.S. regions to ship your order efficiently.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For Canadian customers:
- If your order ships from within Canada, you won’t owe any import fees or duties.
- If your order ships from the United States, your package may be subject to customs clearance delays, GST/PST, and handling fees collected by the courier upon delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
Please note: Tracking may update more slowly during customs transitions or rural deliveries.
Possible Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, the following can cause delays:
- Seasonal backlogs (e.g., holidays)
- Out-of-stock items being routed through alternate facilities
- Carrier or customs processing issues
- Weather disruptions
